Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa and MasterCard's are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or MasterCard logo. Regretfully, American Express is not accepted.

Yes, you may as long as the item has not yet been shipped.

How do I return an item that is damaged or defective?
Please contact us via e-mail or telephone for return or replacement instructions. Be sure to keep the original packing material.

Can I return an item that I just don't want?
If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges. Be sure to keep the original packing materials for 30 days. Please contact us via e-mail or telephone for return authorization and shipping instructions.
Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. To avoid a restocking charge, please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all accessories and parts. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.
Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned.

How do I care for my merchandise?
All products are made with high-grade hard woods and finished with an environmentally safe lacquer. Wood can be dusted with a soft cloth and polished as needed. Laminate can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild cleanser.

How soon will my order ship?
Smaller items will be shipped within one week of receipt of your order. Larger items, such as the desks, feather chest, or coat rack will be shipped within three weeks of your order.

No. A valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery.
